This policy explains how Vedryxa (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through vedryxa.com. Vedryxa is operated by Sudheer Pasumarthi, 3rd Floor, Bhavani Brij, Vittal Rao Nagar Rd, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081, India.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. When you use the contact form, this includes your name, email address, phone number (optional), company, country, area of interest and your message. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the details you share there.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and arrange a conversation.
- To provide services you ask us for, if you become a client.
- To keep a simple record of enquiries.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Service providers
Form submissions are delivered to our email through Web3Forms, a form-processing service. Our email is hosted through our domain provider, and the website is hosted on GitHub Pages. These providers process data on our behalf to deliver their services.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are served from our own website rather than a third-party service. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record, and then delete them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the UK and EU GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to withdraw consent. To make a request, email sudheer@vedryxa.com.
International visitors
We are based in India, so information you send us will be processed in India and by our service providers, who may operate in other countries.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
